As the Creative Director, you will oversee the creative efforts for clients. You will work with clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop and implement creative solutions to meet those needs and goals. You will also motivate and manage your team and ensure that the efforts align with the company's overall goals and objectives. 

This role participates in the agency's creative & marketing performance leadership and interacts with clients and business development staff providing creative and strategic direction. The Creative Director should be proactive and drive client direction. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility is to serve as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Production, managing her schedule, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed. 

The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and hands-on, with excellent interpersonal skills, copywriting experience, and the ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Overall, this role plays a crucial role in the success of the company by ensuring that all production operations run smoothly and efficiently.
